DBRS Morningstar – NYC Office

This project arose from a prior relationship with the landlord of this site, later leading to the new 27,000 RSF NYC headquarters for DBRS Morningstar. Comprised of architectural, project, and furniture management, the entire floor build-out is a mix of offices and open benching for approximately 170 people. The program included a large board room, two additional adjacent conference rooms that can all open up to create a town hall area by utilizing a highly acoustic folding wall system, a large cafe, and a reception area café for guests incorporating state-of-the-art built-in coffee and water system.
